Shipping & Returns
Orders for merchandise placed before Noon (12 PM) CST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM CST Monday through Thursday will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 1 PM CST on Friday will be processed the following business day, Monday. Orders are not processed on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Please allow 10-14 days delivery.
We gladly accept returns, up to 30 days from purchase. To return an item you will need the packing list that came with your order and the credit card used to make the purchase.
Shipping will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged or defective and it is the only item on the order.
Accepted returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or return or replacement.
We cannot accept COD’s for returned merchandise.
In the case of shipping damages please contact YamoniEssentials@yahoo.com with photos of damaged items and shipping container.
Credit will always be issued to the same card to which they were charged.
Do not return items by expedited (overnight, 2nd day). Please return ship via USPS with tracking.
Original shipping fees will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly and only for the item in order that was shipped incorrectly.
Retain your tracking number as we will be unable to refund or replace your order without proof of delivery. Please allow 5-7 business days after your package has been delivered for return to be processed.
